2025 Year in Review

A look back at 2025.

In 2025, Moneta Ventures
had a breakout year.

We expanded our team, grew our regional footprint, closed our third fund and strengthened our entire platform to support founders like never before. Our portfolio launched new products, entered new markets, raised follow-on rounds, and achieved serious growth. There were AI breakthroughs, national press, patent wins, clinical approvals, international expansion, and multiple companies doubling — or tripling — year over year.

We doubled down on support: more founder events, more hands-on resources, more customer introductions, and more capital at work. We strengthened our LP community, expanded partnerships across the region, and continued investing in high-conviction founders building category-defining companies.

We look forward to building on our successes in 2026.

Investing in new technologies

We had the opportunity to invest in nine new portfolio companies in 2025. Read about them to learn about the innovating tech we are helping move forward.

Building
innovative companies.

This year, our portfolio companies have been raising the bar across all facets including fundraising and business expansion, increasing value across our portfolio.

App Orchid had a strong 2025, marked by meaningful product innovation and growing enterprise momentum. The team launched a new Conversational Analytics Agent built on its semantic knowledge graph, enabling business users to query complex data in natural language with industry-leading accuracy and explainability. App Orchid also deepened its collaboration with Google Cloud, expanding AI-powered insights through the Cortex Framework, while continuing to set benchmarks in text-to-SQL accuracy—further solidifying its position as a trusted platform for enterprise decision intelligence.

Sibros continued to advance the software-defined vehicle (SDV) ecosystem in 2025 with meaningful expansions in customer deployments and industry reach. The company unveiled the Sibros Marketplace, offering 50+ connected vehicle applications that help automakers and fleet operators rapidly turn vehicle data into actionable insights and services, from battery health and predictive maintenance to compliance and next-gen digital experiences. Sibros also struck strategic partnerships reinforcing its leadership in connected vehicle software and data management.

The Silicon Partners (TSP) had a standout 2025, expanding both its market impact and solution innovation within the SAP ecosystem. TSP was recognized with the SAP North America Partner Excellence Award in the Emerging Indirect Partner category and took first place at SAP Connect 2025 for its AI-powered TSP Data Collection solution that automates and accelerates enterprise HR processes, underscoring its leadership in intelligent automation and SAP-driven transformation. The company also broadened its scale and capabilities by welcoming Ameri100 into the TSP family, forming one of the most capable pure-play SAP consultancies with expanded delivery capacity across key regions — reinforcing its mission to help enterprises modernize operations and accelerate digital value with SAP, AI and automation.

Azimuth AI closed out 2025 on a high note with major technical and strategic milestones that reinforce its leadership in custom edge-AI silicon. In November 2025, the team officially unveiled their first-generation intelligent AI chip, the ARKA-GKT1 System-on-Chip, at a launch event in New Delhi attended by India’s Union Minister — a public endorsement that highlights both national and industry significance. Building on that momentum, Azimuth  accelerated production readiness and global deployment of its software-defined silicon for smart utilities, energy, and industrial edge applications, positioning the company for continued growth and impact in 2026.

Flo Recruit had a milestone year in 2025, accelerating momentum in modernizing legal talent acquisition with both product traction and investor confidence. The company secured additional growth capital to expand its legal recruiting ecosystem and deepen solutions for law schools and law firms across hiring stages. Flo’s connected platform continued to gain strong adoption, powering interview cycles for over 125 law firms—including nearly 70 % of the AmLaw 100—and supporting tens of thousands of law students with tools that bring transparency and efficiency to an evolving recruitment landscape.

PayForward continued to build momentum in 2025 by expanding its all-in-one financial platform that helps health plans and enterprises deliver benefits and rewards with greater efficiency and engagement. The company’s proprietary tech stack, regulatory agility, and customizable Flex Card solution helped partners streamline benefit delivery, boost member outcomes, and uncover new revenue paths, serving millions of members and processing billions in transactions across active programs nationwide. With its focus on simplifying complex benefits administration and turning data into actionable insights, PayForward is strengthening its position as a key partner to health plans and enterprise sponsors seeking to modernize benefits infrastructure and drive measurable impact.
